This class is appropriate for all levels. We will start with diaphragmatic breathwork for the first 15 minutes of class then continue to a sound bath with crystal bowls, an ocean drum, and chimes. Yoga Mats, Blankets, Bolsters and Pillows will be provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, bottled water, eye mask, essential oils - whatever will help you relax.

Dog Supply Fundraiser for Dogs Day Out AZ - This collaborative class will be taught by Gretchen May Classical Pilates Mat and Sound Bath by Carrie Miller Smaczny. Saturday, May 11, from 1 to 2 PM. We are asking for dog supplies to make doggie care bags to support Dogs Day Out AZ, aiding in their mission to assist homeleless dogs and their owners throughout the valley.
